The 3 intro videos suffer from this problem. Here is the log with
+amstream,+quartz,+gstreamer that covers the 2 first videos.

Videos (both the intro and in-game) work properly for me in Wine-7.0-rc3 (clean
prefix, no overrides or codecs installed).
Additionally, in-game speech, music and sound effects also work now.
