So it's cloned. Anyway, this bug still exists, still affects the current versions of EvE-Online, and as the 2-line patch I am about to submit shows, is trivial to workaround. When attempting to download any premium content patch for EVE Online (i.e. when the client version is upgraded and the game forces a new download) an error box pops up saying 'There was a error starting the content upgrade download.
