Author: Francois Gouget <fgouget(a)codeweavers.com> Date: Fri Nov 22 15:54:18 2019 +0100 testbot: Give a higher priority to wine VMs. They are needed for patches that don't impact the Windows tests and thus are more likely to be needed next than Windows VMs. The build VMs should still remain in the top spot because delaying their tasks delays all the corresponding Windows tasks, which would leave the TestBot partially idle.
