tests: Only read the requested component count in check_readback_data_vec_(). (Valgrind)

I.e., avoid reading past the end of rb->data when the resource size is
not a multiple of a vec4.

Encountered in tests/hlsl/uav-rwstructuredbuffer.shader_test.
