	Bill Medland <medbi01(a)accpac.com>
	Fix the Win31 style file dialog box.
	- If there is no filter don't put a blank one in; it doesn't
	work (leave it NULL).
	- Correctly figure out which is the current drive in the combo box.
	- Add FIXME for the variable "initial dir" handling.
