	Resolve SHGetPathFromIDListW ->  SHGetPathFromIDListA call.
	Remove Fixme comment in SHGetPathFromIDList as StrRetToStrN should
	take care of this.
	Get rid of some unsigned/signed comparison warnings with default
	warnings in MSVC.
