	Bill Medland <medbi01(a)accpac.com>
	Fixed GetDocumentation a little.  When called from RegisterTypeLib it
	was leaving the Doc entry uninitialised, leading to page fault when
	measuring it. Also ensure correct freeing of resources on failure.
