	- Add support for WM_NOTIFYFORMAT and support both ANSI and UNICODE
	notify formats.
	- Move the drawing of the band backgrounds and band separators to the
	WM_ERASEBKGND processing just the way the native controls do.
	- Implement WM_SETREDRAW.
