	Francois Gouget <fgouget(a)free.fr>
	Fix alignment issues for MEMORYSTATUSEX, WIN32_STREAM_ID and
	IO_COUNTERS. The corresponding tests now succeed both when compiled
	with the Windows headers and when compiled with the Wine headers.
