dbghelp/tests: Add more tests for SymLoadModule*.

- SymLoadModules flags (SLMFLAG_VIRTUAL and SLMFLAG_NO_SYMBOLS),
- handling of load details (SymType, ImageName vs LoadedImageName,
  various instances of module name).
