taskschd: Implement IRepetitionPattern for trigger objects.

Implement IRepetitionPattern COM object with Interval, Duration and
StopAtDurationEnd properties. Wire it to DailyTrigger_get_Repetition
and RegistrationTrigger_get_Repetition.
