	Robert Shearman <rob(a)codeweavers.com>
	Remove duplicated code by modifying HTTP_HttpSendRequest so that it
	can be used by both HttpSendRequest and HttpSendRequestEx.
	Also allow HttpSendRequestEx to be used asynchronously.
