	Eric Pouech <pouech-eric(a)wanadoo.fr>
	- added size information about most of the generated thunks (import,
	16/32 relay...)
	- marked the wine thunks by inserting specific symbols (to be managed
	by wine's dbghelp)
	- removed the stabs generation:
	+ mostly used by winedbg, and the previous item will replace it for
	dbghelp
	+ still broken for gdb anyway
	- enhanced const correctness
