	Ove Kaaven <ovek(a)transgaming.com>
	Declare user-marshaller prototypes for types declared with [wire_marshal].
	Define __WIDL__ preprocessor macro, so Wine-specific IDL can be enclosed
	in #ifdef __WIDL__. Fixed a file output bug.
