	Dmitry Timoshkov <dmitry(a)codeweavers.com>
	Remove PROGRESS_Refresh, always do InvalidateRect() to repaint.
	Add WM_ERASEBKGND handler as in Windows.
	Be slightly smarter whether invalidate background or not.
	Always treat wParam as INT to not lose signed values.
