	Francois Gouget <fgouget(a)codeweavers.com>
	Return MMSYS_NOERROR even if we don't open the device with the
	requested format, otherwise OSS_OpenDevice will not increment
	open_count.
	Use -1 to signal OSS_RawOpenDevice not to do ioctls because 0 is
	ambiguous (also means mono as opposed to stereo).
