	Francois Gouget <fgouget(a)free.fr>
	The MSVC headers won't give a name to the nameless union of INPUT
	despite our request (NONAMELESSUNION). So define our own type and use
	it instead.
	Remove useless NONAMELESSSTRUCT.
	Fix signed/unsigned warning.
