	EnumDisplayDevices and GetMonitorInfo should return the same device
	name for the primary device.
	Make both EnumDisplayDevicesA and GetMonitorInfoA call their unicode
	counterparts.
	Update prototype of EnumDisplayDevices.
	Add some tests.
