	Merged the two serializer and unserializer functions into one, cleaned
	them up.
	VT_PTR: Handle NULL pointers by sending a cookie.
	Added support for: VT_CARRAY, VT_DISPATCH, TKIND_RECORD, VT_VOID,
	VT_UI1, VT_UI2, VT_ERROR, VT_UI4, VT_UINT.
	Added a custom serializer for DISPPARAMS struct.
