	Mike McCormack <mike_mccormack(a)start.com.au>
	- Don't use event flags with ReadFileEx and WriteFileEx.
	- Use overlapped structure with WriteFile, since FILE_FLAG_OVERLAPPED
	is specified.
	- Cancel overlapped operations in CloseComm.
