	Ove Kaaven <ovek(a)transgaming.com>
	Fill in some more HAL fields. Flip some of them when appropriate.
	Allow SetSurfaceDesc to change client memory surface address.
	Propagate DIB color table updates to backbuffers too (thanks to
	Stephen Clouse).
