[PATCH] ntoskrnl.exe: Avoid infinite recursion loading drivers.

Aside from the fact that both ntoskrnl and hal are already loaded and resolved, ntoskrnl and hal have a cyclic dependency on each other. This results in infinite recursion attempting to relocate both modules.
