Use debugstr_a?

  if (lpStartupInfo->lpDesktop)
     FIXME("(%s,...): lpStartupInfo->lpDesktop %s ignored\n",
           debugstr_a(name), debugstr_a(lpStartupInfo->lpDesktop));
