Bug ownership question

      Hi again,

  Please excuse my simple question but how can I take
ownership of a wine bug I have just created?

   When I created it I left it to be assigned to the
default of friendly Mr. Bugs. 
  Since I am looking into it I would like to get it
assigned to me. When I try to reassign it to me I get
an error saying that only the owner, submitter or a
"sufficiently empowered user". I am not the owner or a
empowered user but I am the submitter.
