wine-1.8.2-rc4 Available

Hello,

as Alexandre wanted two more ntdll Coverity patches pulled in I have
done just that.

wine-1.8.2-rc4 (commit ee9ca763bc671bb895d257044b71f2e4fc4e777a) is
basically rc2 + the two patches + the release commit.
So this will be a forced update for those that got rc3 already.
