What's the standard procedure for building both 32 and 64 bit wine together on Ubuntu 12.10?
What I can tell from my personal experience is that "the correct procedure" currently is to use another distro or wait until Ubuntu team would finally finish the multilib transition they had been trying to accomplish before 12.10 release. Alternative way is to use a number of hacks but the result still won't be excellent. For details about how to took a trip over that bumpy road take a look into a message from Eric Pouech that had been forwarded to wine-devel several days ago. - -- Best regards, Alexey Loukianov mailto:mooroon2(a)mail.ru System Engineer, Mob.:+7(926)218-1320 *nix Specialist -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.16 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJPodvpAAoJEPB9BOdTkBULI3oH/An1GzNp0ayNMCfs3ao0FjM+ BXtEu6BQoxH8cCSIcUjcpJBpWfUTdILLHGgBCK37vm5BthQI9BkU0VhFGbF7XpZX 1Ty3fFKnDKXqKqMzaCSeFnaPMfm+3xq+ApJZvzOMelRz/3ofWp5dTxHT0MwGayd5 V2nF6kxdvPq5nS1+VFzqKSoGtn0+TnKgxckp/8b3gbLMRCz9fmPLOksVfb8Opk0G ccK+IUThHIQv67/OkItMAru4FKb4/tEwUzqTP0bNMceAZmLd9mI0U78TLZ/MW1s8 rEchNzfbuNgHymSc6hBjeQdjgUrB6e/vauCwmAp1ux+2l1DXD+ge6yYOTgjavYM= =FPvC -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
