At a glance, for wine's to conform with VC6's:
1.) "SHORT" -> "short"
2.) dmICMMethod and below only if WINVER >= 0x0400
3.) dmPanningWidth and below only if WINVER >= 0x0500 or _WIN32_WINN >= 
0x0400
4.) Windows has no DUMMY*NAME*'s
