For what it's worth, this was submitted by Michael back in October 2016, but a request for an affected application yielded no response: https://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2016-October/115088.html The other patch is similarly vague; it was submitted to the Staging patch tracker in 2017 with the comment "I found an application which tries to enumerate the loaded apisets by using the PEB."
