winspool: ERROR_INVALID_NAME in GetDefaultPrinter() ?

Hi.

MSDN told us, that we receive an "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND", if no Printer
is installed:

I get the "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND" on win98se, winme, w2k and win2003 in
this Situation.
