Forget I said that.  Grab:

http://rtfm.insomnia.org/~qg/Flash9b.ocx

and put it in ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/Macromed/Flash, cd to
that directory and do:

~/wine/wine ../../regsvr32.exe Flash9b.ocx

which should give you:

Successfully registered DLL Flash9b.ocx

And that's all you need.
