How to get GM.DLS working

I have a question How do I get GM.DLS working my current setup is Linux
Mint 2.0.3 and Wine 7.0 GM.DLS is already in
.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/drivers but it doesn't work so whats
wrong and why doesn't it work I would like help
