Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your work! Most of them look good to me.

I would like to discuss these cases with you guys :) :

msgid "Subject Key Identifier"
-msgstr ""
+msgstr ""

#: crypt32.rc:41
msgid "Enhanced Key Usage"
-msgstr ""
+msgstr ""

I'm not sure is 'key' here same as 'key'() in 'Public Key', or 'key value'() in Registry.

2.
#: crypt32.rc:52
msgid "Challenge Password"
-msgstr ""
+msgstr "Challenge Password"

Don't modify it if you didn't translate it.

3.
#: crypt32.rc:54
msgid "S/MIME Capabilities"

Maybe '' is better than '' ?

4.
#: crypt32.rc:57 cryptdlg.rc:35

I'll prefer '' here. ;)

5.

msgid "Organization"

+msgstr ""

Typo.

6.
#: crypt32.rc:74

Do you think '' will be more proper?

7.
#: crypt32.rc:91
msgid "Enrollment CSP"

I prefer '' which you did in line 381.

8.
#: crypt32.rc:93
msgid "Delta CRL Indicator"

'' or '', which will be better?
I'm not sure, but you can find some documents with 'CRL ' with Google.

9.

I'll prefer 'CMC '.

What about ''?

Can we translate '' to "" ?

Finally, you should resend the patch to wine-patches, not provide a link of the patch.
The wiki page provided by Nikolay may help.

Thanks again!

Okay, got the part fixed. Sorry about that. More translation will be coming and I will be editing them with a text editor instead.

How to fix what? Just open a file in a text editor and make changes there.

Yes, it's mostly likely it. But you don't have to use it, your favorite
text editor will work just fine.
