Fwd: MDI/sub window support in DirectX

Hi,
     Just a quick question about adding MDI/sub window support to DirectX, is it ok to just get
 the
 DC of the window and then blit a dib over it or is there a faster/better way? What are we doing
 about drawing window borders?
