The IXACTEngine interface doesn't match the earliest one I could find. 
(Dec 2005).  It appears you just copied it from the xact3.h.
FYI: This was the only interfaces I checked, the other might be 
incorrect as well.

If the interface changed in different versions, then #if will be 
required for were it changed unless it just added them to the end.
