No longer possible for users to submit AppDB test reports for the current stable release

      With the release of 1.3.14, the current stable release has dropped off the list of versions for which users can submit AppDB test reports, though 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 remain on the list. Can someone please fix this? http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24763
