Intermittent crashes in the ole32:clipboard tests

Hi Huw,

I'm having (and more systems according to test.winehq.org) intermittent
crashes in these mentioned tests.

It is happening in the while() loop in test_enum_fmtetc(), at
least for W2K and XP. I'm able to reproduce on W2K (once every 10 runs 
or so) but I can't put my finger on it.

Vista and higher crash intermittently as well but at another place
(test_getdatahere() ?)

Any ideas?
