This patch updates the wininet/http tests to reflect the state of the 
winehq test server following recent upgrades.

The tests are still broken on Windows XP, which I suspect may be due to 
changes to TLS version requirements on the server. These tests may well 
be permanently broken if so, and may need to be disabled.
