Remnants of -DSTRICT Conversion

Hi all,

Just a small request. Could someone write a script that would remove one of
the last remnants of the -DSTRICT conversion. It is a little issue with lots
of 0x%p's everywhere (mainly in NTDLL registry functions) which need to be
replaced by just %p's.
