license build-index/summary.css

Hello,

I'd like to create a similar web pages for the valgrind test results as the
ones for wine(test.winehq.org).

For that I'd like to use some part of the code from
http://sources.winehq.org/git/tools.git/history/HEAD:/winetest namely
build-index and summary.css. But I cannot find their licence, even if most
other scripts there are LGPL2+.

Could you please tell me what is their license?
