Okay here is the final version that I have....

Any comments before I send it to Wine-Patches ?

1) Add more WWN links
2) Add Robert North as worker to Wintab32
3) change Wintab32 status from 80% to 25%
4) Add  iphlpapi.dll,  Juan as worker & 50%
