InstallShield

Trying to install the Music Ace Demo (harmonicvision.com),
I get stopped by a messagethat
"The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. (0x20)"

I think someone said DCOM98 needs to be installed for InstallShield
to work properly, so I did, and nothing changed.

Anybody got a take on what I need to try next?
