Hello Pengpeng, thanks for the patch!

The tests need to pass (on Windows and Wine) after every patch
committed, which means that while normally it's desirable for a test to
be sent before its corresponding implementation or fix, in a case like
this that isn't possible; you'll want to submit the test afterwards or
in the same patch.

(The w10pro64 failures seem to be unrelated, incidentally.)
