Discrepancies between Wine and Windows 10 NLS values for English (US)

Hi,

I queried several NLS values for English (US) on both Windows 10 and Wine
using the attached code, and I found that some of these values did not
match each other.

These are the values that did not match Wine's on Windows 10:

LOCALE_FONTSIGNATURE:
lsUsb: 3 0 0 80000000
lsCsbSupported: 19f dfd70000

LOCALE_IDEFAULTUNIXCODEPAGE: 10000

Should the Wine NLS file be updated? And if so, how should the
LOCALE_FONTSIGNATURE string be formatted?
