Should crosstesting work?

Hello,

I'm trying to cross-compile some conformance tests.  The
Winelib tests work, Wine runs the cross-compiled tests, I
can produce Win32 apps with MinGW, but I can't run the
cross-compiled tests under Win95.  Simply running them in a
DOS window produces the list of possible tests as expected,
but running a real test fails with an Illegal Operation
window.  What am I missing here?
