shell32 regression?

Hi,

I don't have time to narrow it down to the specific patch but it seems the
recent shell32 work has partly broken the shell browse folder dialog - an
app creates one with a root of the Desktop and there are no subfolders
shown.

The app is freeware, you can get it at dvdshrink.org - click Open Files to
see the problem. With native shell32 this works fine.
