I'm doubt that's the case. As far as I can see, this can easily happen on any Wine installation. All it takes is a Windows app that uses Linux-like paths that happen to clash with real Linux paths. Then again, I could be all wet. I suppose I should write a little test case. Maybe even submit it as a regression test.
