Actually the registry is probably a better idea, this way we don't need to move it again once we get rid of the config file.
It's fine to me, i have added it to config file for easy control of this behavior. But if you prefer registry feel free :) (i'll do a .reg file for it)
I'd suggest Sofware\Wine\d3d instead of Sofware\Wine\Wine\d3d though, this is more likely to be the correct place once the config reorganization is done.
