Add a program to Wine Programs menu

Hello,

I saw the post below with a way to add a program to Wine Programs menu:

Suggestion: add a tab in the configuration interface of wine to add remove
or edit program shortcuts.

With that the User can easily and quickly organize your shortcuts to favorite
programs.
