Let's get rid of the FAQ and move it into the wiki

      Updating the FAQ is a bit of a pain, as is maintaining it.  There is,
after all, still a lot of ancient stuff in it.

Why not just move it into the wiki and point the link on the web page
there?  I promise I'll watch it a bit closer.
