No. It would delete those bugs from bz, unless you move them all to
some new version (e.g., 'pre-0.9'), but that would cause a ton of spam
for no good reason.

I'm not sure if bugzilla allows it, but I'd say it's a good idea if
possible (I assume you mean the page to file new bugs?).
